Do you travel?
I service the High Country of North Carolina (Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Deep Gap, Jefferson, Newland, Wilkesboro and more). There is a travel fee for locations over 30 miles from my location. If there is travel involved, I am more than happy to create a custom quote for you!
How do we get our photos?
Your photography package comes with access to a beautifully curated gallery of high resolution, hand edited digital images for you to download.
How do you retouch photos?
I hand edit, one at a time, every individual image. Keep in mind, you are beaYOUtiful so I will not edit your belly to be slimmer or your arms to be more muscular. But don't fret, I pride myself on providing multiple figure flattering posing options that highlight your best features (which is all your features!). Remember, these photos are going to showcase your love and capture your memories in the best way!
Do you deliver unedited photos for me to keep?
The unedited files are not available for purchase. (You wouldn't go to a restaurant and want a half-cooked, pile of ingredients served to you as your meal). You will receive a watermarked, PROOF gallery to select the images you would like me to edit. I assure you, my type-A personality and high standards, will deliver the best pictures for you. If it wasn't delivered then, believe me, you wouldn't have been happy receiving it!
Whats your turn around time?
Your PROOF gallery will be delivered to you within 7 days from your completed session. You have 72 hours to pick the images from your proof gallery that you would like me to edit. After you have chosen your images, your FINAL gallery will be delivered within 30 days. You can purchase more images for an additional charge.
How should we prepare for our session?
After you have reserved your spot, I will send you a questionnaire to help me to get to know y'all. We'll chat about wardrobe (You have access to my COMPLIMENTARY client closet. Yay! No more worrying about outfits!) You will also get my Style Guide and my Amazon Favorites List of items I know photograph well. You will also have access to my favorite location options. All of this will insure a successful and amazing photoshoot!
What should we wear?
Luckily I have a STUNNING client closet for you to use! I want you to feel confident & comfortable. After you book your session, I will also send you my Style Guide as well as my Amazon Favorites list of items I know photograph beautifully! This will help take away the "pre-photoshoot" stress. Don't forget to leave your large cell phones and wallets in the car to avoid bulkiness during your photoshoot.
retainer & cancellations
A $100 non- refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to reserve your chosen date and time. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled session. I am not responsible for weather, emergencies, or sickness that causes the client to cancel. But hey, I get it, life happens! So if I am notified about a cancellation 48 hours prior to the arranged photoshoot, the $100 non-refundable retainer can be transferred towards reserving a photoshoot for a different day. High Country weather can be a doozy, I reserve the right to reschedule a session if there is risk of my equipment getting damaged due to rain or if the conditions are unsafe for travel. If you arrive late to your session, unfortunately, your time will not be extended and it will cut into your designated time slot. (This assures fairness for all my clients so no one's time gets unfairly cut short due to another client's tardiness). Unfortunately, if you arrive later than 15 minutes you will have to reschedule your photoshoot and pay another non-refundable retainer.
